Williams Isaacs interview on Dialogue with radio show host Chris Carey of RSVP to Life, WRPI.  William Isaacs is a leading authority on collective leadership,  the design and development of organizational learning and the practice and theory of dialogue. He is the author of Dialogue and the Art of Thinking Together along with the founder and president of Dialogos.   William Isaacs is also the founder of MITs Dialogue Project and co-founder (with Peter Senge) of Society for Organizational Learning.  At the beginning of this interview the station transmitter was hit by a major storm so co-host Suzanne Lang begins while host Chris Carey tends to the equipment.
